Temple Harmonics spans energy work, deep inner journeys, and performance-focused peptide education. It’s normal to have questions before stepping in. These are the ones I hear most often.
Serving: Arlington Heights, Elgin, Chicago, and nearby suburbs (about a 25-mile radius).
Yes. Temple Harmonics offers Reiki-based energy work with tuning forks, sound, and frequency support. Sessions serve Arlington Heights, Elgin, Chicago, and nearby suburbs.
No. You don’t need to believe anything. You just need a nervous system and a body. The work meets you where you are and tends to land through felt experience, not belief.
You stay fully clothed on a table in a quiet room. I use Reiki, tuning forks, sound, and subtle frequency work to help your system settle and regulate.
Comfortable clothes you can relax in. You don’t need to bring anything else. If you have a specific intention, symptom pattern, or stressor you want to name, we’ll cover it in the brief check-in.
No. Harmonic Healing is a complementary wellness practice. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace licensed medical or mental health care.
People often book for stress, burnout, anxiety, nervous system overload, grief, heartbreak, chronic tension, sleep trouble, or feeling “off” and wanting to come back into their body.
Every journey is different, but the container is steady. We begin with a conversation to clarify intention and boundaries. From there, you enter your experience while I remain present — holding the room, tracking your state, and offering grounding or mirroring when needed. There is no pressure to talk or perform.
No. I do not provide, source, sell, or administer any substances. You bring your own path and your own medicine. My role is preparation support, steady presence, safety/grounding, and integration.
No. I am not acting as a therapist or clinician. This is a private, non-clinical space for inner work, reflection, and integration. Many people find it complementary to therapy, but it is not a replacement for licensed care.
Yes. If you’re in Chicago, Arlington Heights, Elgin, or nearby suburbs, we can discuss a container that fits your situation. Integration support helps you land what opens and translate it into real life.
No. Some people arrive with years of experience, others are stepping into deep work for the first time. What matters more than experience is honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to listen to yourself.
We talk first. Sometimes the right answer is “not yet,” and that’s respected here. If it is the right time, you’ll feel steadier after we clarify the container and boundaries.
Yes. Temple Peptides provides research-based education and coaching support serving Arlington Heights, Elgin, Chicago, and nearby suburbs. But coaching is not limited to in person. Most of my clients are from various areas across the country. Most peptide coaching happens via Zoom.
Peptides exist on a wide spectrum, and safety depends on many factors — quality, context, dosage patterns, and the individual. My role is to educate and help you understand what questions to ask and what considerations matter, not to make promises or guarantees.
No. Some people want education and ongoing support, others simply want access. Coaching is available but not required unless you want structured guidance.
No. I don’t prescribe or direct use. Coaching focuses on education, common research frameworks, and helping you understand how people think about protocols — so you can make informed, responsible decisions for yourself.
No — and that’s something I’m very honest about. Peptides are tools, not shortcuts. Sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and consistency matter more than any compound.
Both. Some clients are brand new and want clarity without overwhelm. Others are experienced and want refinement. The approach adjusts to where you are.
If you’re unsure where to begin or want to check alignment before booking, you can send a note here. I’ll respond personally.
